ultranature is a collaboration between bruno baltzer and leonora bisagno, created in december 2010. ultranature is an intimate engagement inside and around the living. every ultranature is a unique piece.
bruno baltzer (french, 1965, www.bruno-baltzer.net) and leonora bisagno (italian, 1977, www.leonorabisagno.com) are two artists based in luxembourg. together they are a couple and started ultranature.
ultranature is concerned by relation. in a blog-like flux of images, built on a sequence of following chapters (ultranature1,2,3,…) ultranature explores the slightly disappearing and re-emerging of personal worlds and blends the lightness of playing and intimacy with global questions in which media and communication play a relevant role. nature is there. analytic processes and an undisguised attitude to revelation intentionally coexist.
the strain between public and private domains, consciousness’ queries within real worlds and projections as well as strategies of dissimulation and unexpected revelations unfold in their research and practice.
